RETURN POLICY

The buyer has the right to return purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the goods must be returned with the original proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us, providing the order number and product details. We will respond promptly and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the ordered items. All products returned by the buyer must be in new condition and shipped in their original packaging, including all manuals and accessories supplied with the product.

For these reasons, we strongly recommend that you keep the original box for up to one year after purchasing any product!

The Buyer is responsible for delivering the goods to the Seller. Shipping costs are the Buyer's responsibility. Once these conditions are met and we have received the goods in the required condition, you will be refunded the purchase price via bank transfer to the account you provided.

Items can also be exchanged for other items within 30 days of purchase. The value of the exchanged items must be equal to or greater than the value of the items originally purchased.

Our team strives to meet our customers' needs and find the perfect products for them. However, if you wish to return or exchange a product, we ask that you fulfill all the above conditions. Otherwise, the goods cannot be returned or refunded!
